APEX AAU 🏀

Program structure

  • A/B team based. We will form teams best fit for highest level of competition while following AAU roster rules while receiving full commitment to the team over spring sports.

  • Spring Sports: If other sports interfere with full commitment to AAU practices and tournaments we can accommodate with shorter seasons and less frequent practice times. We still see value in forming teams who want to play AAU. More flexibility to make practices however, players must be willing to make all tournaments.

“Our A/B team structure is built with one goal in mind: creating the best environment for every player to grow. This model allows us to compete in higher-level tournaments while fostering a culture of competition, growth, and continuous improvement for all players. As experienced players and coaches understand, building a culture of competition and continuous development is the best way to help every player reach their potential." - Coach Wess

Most A level teams will pursue circuit-level tournament schedules and most B level teams will pursue local-level tournament schedules. If there is a B team that can compete with our A level squads they will also be implemented into circuit level if desired. Most B level teams will be spring sports teams but they do not have to be. We want to provide maximum opportunity for those who want to play with us while keeping our Quality > Quantity standard.

To be evaluated for any of our AAU teams join our training groups or open gyms if offered. If your age group is not offered please contact Conner Wess or LJ Campbell (Home page) for a training session to be evaluated.
